At Vivok Motors LLC, your satisfaction is our top priority, which is why we offer a 30-Day Return Guarantee on every classic car we sell. This guarantee starts from the day your vehicle is delivered, giving you peace of mind as you become familiar with your new classic. If your vehicle doesn’t meet your expectations within the 30-day period, you have the option to return or exchange it. Just notify us before 8:00 p.m. EST on the 30th day to begin the return or exchange process. You can make up to two exchanges to find the perfect car, but please note that the third vehicle will not be covered by the 30-Day Return Guarantee and cannot be returned or exchanged once accepted.
You can drive your vehicle up to 1,200 miles during the 30 days. Any additional mileage will incur a charge of $1.00 per extra mile to maintain the vehicle’s value. Vehicles that are involved in accidents, damaged, modified from their original condition, or have any other liens cannot be returned or exchanged. If you decide to keep the vehicle, we will initiate the registration process once the return period ends. Refundable fees will be processed within 10-15 business days if you choose to return the vehicle. Each purchase also includes a complimentary limited warranty for 100 days or 4,189 miles, whichever comes first. Following the inspection, we’ll guide you through the required paperwork to complete your return or exchange, including processing any eligible refunds.
Once you reach out, we’ll arrange an inspection to confirm that the vehicle is in its original condition, ensuring it meets the return guarantee criteria.
